Group Fitness classes at DKHAC are a great way to increase your fitness levels and are designed for those who would like to meet new people and prefer exercising within a fun and positive group environment. Why exercise alone when you can have much more fun in a group class?

With over 70 classes per week, we offer a huge range of class styles suiting all fitness levels, including internationally renowned Les Mills Classes, freestyle group fitness classes, Zumba, shallow and deep water aqua aerobics and specifically designed classes such as; Yoga, Pilates and Seniors.  We have something for everyone and we guarantee to make fitness fun!
