Group Fitness classes at DKHAC are a great way to grow your fitness levels, meet new people and have fun while doing it.
We offer all the latest classes from Les Mills, qualified and motivating instructors and specialty programs such as yoga and pilates. This is all included in our Gold membership package.
Our timetable is packed with more the 50 classes per week, so you are sure to find something that suits.
