Up and Active

If you are brand new to exercise and don't know how to get started safely, Up and Active will be the answer to your needs. 

This weekly pack is loaded with the essentials needed to set you up for real success and includes:

  • A customised exercise and activity program so you can achieve your goals.
  • Your own fitness coach with 16 face to face sessions held over 6 weeks.
  • 3 Personal Training sessions to create real and lasting results.
  • 6 coaching sessions to keep you on track and motivated.
  • Nutrition consultation and tips on how to eat better to get the body you want. 

As part of the package, you will also enjoy full use of the gym, group classes, pool, spas and saunas.

 Eat Up and Shape Up

This nutritional health program is your opportunity to make a lasting difference to your physical health, as well as creating a positive mindset that you will feel inspired to maintain. An exciting nutritional coaching program tailored to suit each individual. No matter what your age, current health status or nutritional preferences, our program gives you the tools, education and support needed to achieve your goals.

As part of the "Nourish and Transform" package, you will be loaded up with the essentials needed to set you up for real success, including: 

  • 30-minute weekly check in appointment with body composition analysis
  • full use of the gym, classes, pool, spas, and saunas
  • customised exercise program
  • personalised nutritional coaching and dietary planning
  • ·nutritional preferences: vegan, vegetarian, meat and dairy options 
  • a range of menu options that fit with your requirements
  • goal setting

We also have a more intensive, "Ultimate Transformation" package available which includes:

  • 30 minute weekly check in appointment with body composition analysis
  • 30 minute weekly personal training session
  • full centre facility usage of the gym, classes, pool, spas, and saunas
  • customised exercise program
  • personalised nutritional coaching and dietary planning
  • ·nutritional preferences: vegan, vegetarian, meat and dairy options
  • a range of menu options that fit with your requirements
  • goal setting
  • empowerment through education to help you take control

Personal Training Packages

It's no secret that personal training will help you to achieve your goals faster and more safely.

For those who like a little extra support or have a specific goal in mind, we have some Personal Training membership packages available that are great value. 

Clients can choose to train 1x, 2x or 3x per week with their own trainer and the more you train, the cheaper you train.
