Are you looking for an individualised Gym Program? Or would you like to discuss a Group Fitness class schedule that suits you?

Come build an individualised gym program with our DKHAC Gym Trainers.

These contact sessions are led by our qualified and experienced trainers who will guide you through every step of the way. They will provide you with tips, advice and feedback on how to best improve your performance and to help prevent injuries.

Our DKHAC Trainers are accessible on the gym floor every week day between 3.30 - 5 pm.

The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, as the trainers adjust the intensity and difficulty according to your own ability, goals and preferences.

You will learn how to perform exercises safely and effectively, using a variety of equipment and techniques in the gym. If you are more interested in attending Group Fitness Classes complete a Group Fitness Induction this will support you when you're ready to attending our amazing Group Fitness classes.
