Keen to improve your health and fitness whilst being active in a supportive group environment?


At DKHAC we are preparing for the fun run season. Join the DKHAC Run Club Crew!

Run club is open to all DKHAC Members, regardless of your membership package, age, gender, background, or running experience. 

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned runner, you will find a place in our friendly and supportive community. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of our local tracks, trails and parks.

These sessions are flexible and include a warm-up, a main run course, a cool-down and an optional coffee catch up at the end.

You can work to your own pace and distance, depending on your individual goals and preferences.

We recommend you start small and take it slow, our approach is to build together.

Run Club sessions:

• Friday – 6:00am

• Sunday – 8:15am

Our meeting point is out the front of DKHAC. We will leave right on time - to the second, so be there a touch early so you are ready to go! 

*If you’re late, don’t worry, just follow the course and catch us if you can :-)
