Our Silver Membership is aimed for those aged 60 years and above looking to join a fitness community and live their healthiest, happiest life.
Our focus for Silver members is on maintaining functional strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular health through regular exercise.
Along with access to the pool and gym, Silver member's have their very own Group Fitness classes on our Group Fitness timetable.
Upon sign up all Silver member's receive a complimentary Gym Induction where an exercise program is created based on your individual needs and your personal goals.

Group Fitness Timetable
Our Group Fitness timetable is live and subject to change, we ask our members to check the live Group Fitness timetable before visiting.
Group Fitness Classes included in the Silver Membership are - Low Impact Aerobics, Zumba GOLD and our Mind & Body classes (Pilates, Yoga, Body Balance) also all Aqua Aerobic formats.
We encourage you to participate regularly in our Group Fitness classes and try something new!
There is always an option for everyone in every class.
Zumba Gold – The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Low Impact Aerobics - A class designed for those who want to re-live the awesome beats of the 70's, 80's and 90's. Easy to follow choreography, these aerobic style exercises will get you sweating but most importantly smiling!
Water based exercise - for a more gentle approach
Deep Water Aqua – A low impact water workout designed to move and stretch your body at your own pace. With a flotation belt to aid in buoyancy, and the addition of noodles and aqua dumbbells. The variety of exercises included makes this suitable for everyone.
Shallow Water Aqua – Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Come ready to jump, move and groove. Our shallow water classes are conducted in our 25m pool with a depth ranging from 1m – 1.4m deep. This workout includes use of noodles and aqua dumbbells for a variety of fun-filled exercises. A great light impact class.
Deep Water Aqua TABATA - Tabata is a form of Interval Training designed to help increase endurance, performance and general fitness of your aerobic and anaerobic systems. Typically the intervals last for 4 minutes at a time, broken down into 8 blocks of 20 seconds work- 10 seconds rest. All fitness levels are welcome.
The Silver membership is an off-peak membership with specific Centre access times.
- Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 3.45pm
- Weekends: There are no restrictions on weekends, Silver members can access the Centre during regular our opening hours.
If you're interested in visiting us more outside of these times above, or you would like access to more Group Fitness Classes our Gold membership is better suited to you!
