Café

Offering healthy food and also some of your favorites.  Our café has great coffee made by trained baristas, fresh juices and a wide range of drinks.  We bake cakes, slices and muffins on site, our salads are made fresh and provide daily specials.

We also offer hot food and sandwiches, gluten free options, ice-creams, and healthy snacks.

Monday to Friday – 7 am to 7 pm

Saturday and Sunday – 8 am to 5 pm

The café will be open longer on Friday nights during events.

Tables and chairs overlooking the beach entry pool are available.

Child Minding

Come to the Centre and relax in confidence that your children are safe and happy.

Our child minding service provides a safe, happy and rewarding environment for your child while you enjoy the facilities, secure in the knowledge that your child is being looked after by our friendly, professional staff.

We offer activities and programs to help promote your child’s intellectual, social and creative learning through drawing, story reading, music, songs and toys.

There are two sessions for children aged up to 10 Monday – Friday.  Each child can attend for up to 2 hours per day

  • 9.30 to 10.30am

  • 10.30 to 11.30am.

Book a place with our Customer Service Team or at the child minding.  The full fee will be charged for any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.  A fee of $5.10 per session applies.

The child minding centre can be contacted directly on 03 6222 6956 from 9.30 am to 11.30 am weekdays.

An enrolment form* must be completed on, or prior to, your child's first visit. Information on this form authorises staff to act on your behalf in case of an emergency. Enrolment forms are available from the child minding centre. It is recommended that you complete the form in advance of your first session, as some information required may not be readily available

On arrival you are required to sign the attendance book and state who will be collecting their child. Children will never be allowed to leave the centre with anyone other than those who have been authorised.

 

Parking

We offer FREE parking for people using the Centre.  Entry to our main car park is via the boom gate, collect your ticket when entering the car park and validate the ticket in the Centre prior to leaving.  

 Accessibility

We are accessible and inclusive. With

  • Disability and special-needs access at the pool beach entry

  • Purpose built change rooms

  • Centre access ramps and in-centre ramps

  • Accessible parking.

  • Aquatic wheelchairs for easy water entry

  • A pool pod access lift into the dive pool for rehabilitation and deep water aqua aerobic classes

Responsible Supervision

Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their dependants or clients while in and around the Centre.

Children 0 – 5 years of age must be accompanied in the water, within arm's reach of a responsible and competent person 16 years and over. Maximum of 2 children per responsible and competent person.

Children 6 – 10 years of age must be accompanied in the Centre by a responsible person 16 years and over. Maximum of 4 children per responsible person. 

The Centre reserved the right to require in-water supervision of all patrons, regardless of age, depending on their ability to safely swim independently. 

Lifeguards

Our lifeguards are responsible for the safety of everyone in the aquatic area. They have a high level of skill and knowledge in accident prevention and rescue response.

They undertake regular training to ensure that they provide the highest level of safety. Please remember though that you are responsible for supervising your children while they are in the water.

All directions by the Lifeguards must be followed, otherwise you may be asked to leave the Centre.
