Our Personal Training (PT) clients are achieving their goals thanks to the motivation and expertise that our fully qualified Personal Trainers provide. Personal Training is suited to everyone regardless of fitness levels or background.

Whether you’re new to fitness, a regular gym goer, teen, senior, athlete, pre or post-natal, recovering from injury, or wanting to gain confidence and knowledge about exercise, having a personal trainer or coach can help you meet your fitness goals faster.

We provide a safe working environment ensuring that each and every session is tailored to meet your fitness goals and needs. Our trainers will work closely with you one on one to instruct, guide and coach you to better movement techniques to gain confidence and enjoy exercise at the same time.

Our team of trainers are highly qualified, with a wide a range of qualifications, experience and knowledge. We can confidently say our trainers take pride in treating every client as an individual. They understand that different training methods suit different people, we will match you with the right personal trainer to achieve your goals – our trainers can even help you to determine your goals!

We offer Gold Personal Training Memberships or casual PT sessions. Our Gold PT Membership includes access to our gym, group fitness classes, pools and one personal training session per week!
