We offer Gold Personal Training Memberships or casual PT sessions. Our Gold PT Membership includes access to our gym, group fitness classes, pools and one personal training session per week!

Scott Collis – Gym Instructor
I have been working in the Sport and Fitness Industry since 1998 when I stopped playing Rugby League. I commenced working as a coach and then a development officer. In 2014 I completed a Diploma of Fitness and up skilled my Group fitness qualification.
I love spin and boxing classes, these are my favourite classes to take.
My Personal Training style is based on experience and knowledge plus my ability to understand my clients’ needs and how to get results.

Danielle Kannegiesser – Senior Gym Instructor
The Health and Fitness Industry is one of my passions. I have been involved in this incredible industry for over 12 years, and in many different ways; as an athlete, gym training, group training, Remedial Massage Therapist, Rehabilitation provider and more.
I am a very competitive athlete; I play State League Soccer and have been involved in some incredible team and individual milestones. This has inspired me to ‘do my part’ and support others in the planning and training process to achieve their desired goals. No matter what the end goal.
One-on-one Personal Training and Rehabilitation Training has been a big part of my role at DKHAC, put simply, I love it. It’s about finding what works for YOU, finding your formula, it’s progressive, it’s personal, and it’s all yours.
During our sessions I aim to find creative exercises to make people feel successful and empowered.
Hannah Clear – Gym Instructor
I have always loved fitness, in every way, shape and form. Fitness has always been an important part of my life. I started in the fitness industry over 7 years ago and I am continuing to thrive and learn.
I enjoy the endless possibilities, variety and challenges the industry continues to offer me.
My passion for wanting to help others was one of the main reasons I began my journey into the fitness industry.
I love to train through YOGA, whether it’s joining a class or just rolling out my mat anywhere, anytime! I love yoga because you can always step onto the mat no matter how you are feeling, or what is going on, and for an hour it’s completely me, my time, however that hour looks, maybe it’s a handstand or maybe its child’s pose.
As a trainer my goal is to help you start your journey, achieve your goals, find the style of training that you will enjoy, whatever that may be for you.
Zane Bloy – Gym Instructor
After leaving Durban, (South Africa) at age 23 to play Semi-Pro Basketball in Europe, I made England, Ireland, Germany and France my home for the next 15 years! I spent 5 years playing in various European leagues before a hand injury ended my career.
I’ve spent the last 6 years working in the Fitness Industry in London, working as both a Health Club Manager and Personal Trainer.
I’ve found my passion in helping people achieve results, both physically and mentally without sacrificing what is important in their life. Helping people to create “balance” is my goal.
Lisa Turnbull - Gym instructor
I love the fitness industry and the variety it offers. I treat each client as a unique individual and never take a one size fits all approach.
My work life has had many exciting twists and turns, from working as a language teacher, to chef, to personal trainer. I also have a background in Neuro linguistic programming which in essence taps into the psychology of CHANGE and self-understanding.
My coaching style is holistic, I can train your body, but if needed can also equip YOU with the tools and understanding to improve your nutrition and your mindset.
My heart and soul is in the fitness industry and the power of change fitness creates in all other aspects of life. I personally enjoy strength training, functional fitness and combat.
As a trainer/life coach I can help you with weight loss, toning and basic strength training, functional fitness and nutrition coaching.
Meg Knowles – Gym instructor
I’ve grown up in sports starting out at a young age in Surf Lifesaving, Swimming, Basketball and Judo. I have always enjoyed Strength and Conditioning training which guided me in the direction towards CrossFit.
I have always spent a lot of time in the gym training which has developed my passion for the Fitness Industry. I’ve been in the Industry for a couple of years now, starting when I was 18 taking group strength and conditioning classes.
My goal is to help people enjoy movement, reach their fitness goals and develop a healthy ‘balanced’ lifestyle.
